How do I delete my data from solarhosting?

1. Go to your profile (https://account.solarhosting.cc/profile) and click "Permanently delete my account" for more information on what data is kept in logs after my account is deleted read our privacy policy at https://account.solarhosting.cc/privacy

2. The 2nd way will take up to 30 days, Email us at [e-mail] from the email account you used to register the account with.

Why is my data still stored after I delete my account?

1. IP addresses: Your IP gets stored in so many log files its almost impossible to delete places stored may include Nginx Logs, Cloudflare Logs, and many other site log files.

2. Email Addresses: Your email is also stored in log files when an account is deleted, When you delete your account a log like this is made (check code block below) there are also probably past logs made with your email in it such as "Account Created", "Email Changed". "User Updated" and many other log types.

How do I change my email?

You can change your email on the profile page (https://account.solarhosting.cc/profile) on this page there is a section called "Email" simply update it to your new email and click save.
